Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. The current processing estimate and available delivery options are shown during checkout before payment. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, and peak periods can affect arrival times. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the destination and order.

Address changes

Review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. If a correction is needed, email stitchavaa@gmail.com immediately with the order number. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

International orders

If international delivery is offered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
